Trees for a Cause
December 1 – December 31
Trees will be on display at the Hawley Hub adjacent to Black & Brass
Participating groups show off their tree decorating skills and compete to raise money for their non-profit charity or cause.
Help us vote for the best decorated tree by making a donation during the exhibit.

Holiday History Tour
Downtown Hawley

The 2023 History Tour will feature four venues which are typically either closed to the public, or are open on a very limited basis.  From exquisite moldings, massive doors, and sweeping stairs to a simple yet memorable (and mysterious) structure which bespeaks of the nation’s early days when farming and self sufficiency played a pivotal role in everyday life, to an adaptive use of an Arts & Crafts influenced homestead where the sweet fragrance of baking fills the air, to the home and host of a service organization responsible for ceremonial, patriotic, and community activities – these will be the featured venues when the Holiday History Tour returns to Hawley Winterfest 2023.  All will be festively decorated for the holidays and the storied past of each will be interpreted by its owners/gatekeepers.  Don’t miss this unique opportunity!  Tickets are $20 available in advance at Teeters’ Furniture, B. Madigan Jewelry & Gifts, and WeJo Arts.  On the days of the tour tickets may be purchased at the Downtown Hawley Office at 519 Church Street, Hawley beginning at 9:45 a.m.
